| Andrew started his career
in the San Francisco Bay Area as a cabinet makers
apprentice in 1981. After seven years in the cabinet
and counter top industry he progressed to carpentry
working on the older Victorian houses of San Francisco.
In 1990 he moved to Hawaii where
he worked on the military tract housing projects
at Helemano Military Reservation, Schofield Barracks,
and Marine Corps Base Hawaii. After Hurricane
Iniki he went to Kauai to help in the rebuilding
of houses, schools, and commercial buildings.
By 1995 Andrew was again on Oahu working at the
management level on a State prison project, a
multiple High Rise Condominium project, and a
submarine wharf at Pearl Harbor.
After designing and building
his own custom home he joined Hunt
building Company as Quality Control Inspector
for the concrete foundations of all of their military
housing projects on Oahu. In 2003 He was awarded
a Superintendent position with Castle
& Cooke Homes Hawaii for their Mililani
Mauka Multi Family Townhouse Projects. It was
here in a meeting with Castle & Cooke President
Harry Saunders that he realized the need in the
community for a truly high quality design build
company that could provide timely construction
for homeowners who wanted rebuilding and remodeling
services for their older homes
With twenty four years of experience
in the construction industry under his belt, Andrew
founded Pacific Style Construction in December
of 2003. Since then we have completed many major
construction projects with satisfied customers
who will be happy to relate the excitement and
